These terms and conditions constitute the refund policy of MSL Medical Services Limited (MSL) relating to Qb testing.
Terms and Conditions for return and refund:
1. The client has 14 days to cancel their purchase of a Qb test under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. If a client decides against proceeding with the Qb test they must notify MSL as soon as practicable either by phone +44 (0) 1444 240203 or via email enquiries@msl-medical.co.uk to cancel the test.
3. On completion of payment MSL will make contact with the client within 2 working days of payment.
4. The client will receive engagement with MSL via email or telephone to facilitate the arrangement of a booking date which will be 21 days after the date of payment.
5. Cancellation within 14 days after payment will enable a full refund less an administration fee of £50.
6. Cancellation after this time will incur a full fee with no refund.
7. Failure to attend the appointment will result in the full fee being forfeited and no money will be refunded.
8. Depending on the circumstances presented, MSL reserves the right to be discretionary in its dealing with clients.
